WHaT IS a cOllabaRRe8 class?
High intensity meets low impact in our resistance training regime. Drawing inspiration from Pilates, we've curated a high-energy, full-body workout that's as dynamic as it is beneficial. Whether using body weight, light dumbbells, or resistance bands, our method emphasises high repetitions to enhance muscular endurance and tone. But it doesn't stop at sheer physical effort. Our focus remains deeply entrenched in ensuring correct alignment, posture, and technical precision.
