CLaSSIC

Our classic Barre class. High intensity meets low impact.

Drawing inspiration from Pilates, we've curated a high-energy, full-body workout that is as dynamic as it is beneficial. Using body weight, light dumbbells and resistance bands, our method emphasises high repetitions to enhance muscular endurance and tone, targeting every major muscle group.

But it doesn't stop at sheer physical effort. Swapping between the mats and the barre, the focus remains deeply entrenched in ensuring correct alignment, posture, and technical precision, leaving you quite literally shaking.

Rebuild

This is the perfect class for anyone looking to Rebuild. Don't mistake it for the easy option. This format strips the class back, allowing you to rebuild your technique and get the most out of not just this class, but all your future classes.

Whether you are looking to improve your technique, are recovering from an injury, pre/post natal, looking for a way to re-enter your fitness journey, or just feeling a bit nervous about taking a new class, Rebuild is perfect for you.

SWEat

In Sweat, we take the low-impact exercises typical to Barre and increase the range and speed, raising your heart rate. This class will push you and give you an amazing cardio workout while staying kind to your joints, burning more calories and keeping the focus on correct technique, posture and alignment.

LIFT

Lift combines strength training and heavier weights with the bodyweight and muscular endurance training that is at the core of a Barre class. You will perform the usual Barre sets, interspersed with shorter sets utilising heavy dumbbells and resistance bands.

This style of training allows you to use Barre work to activate muscle groups correctly and with good alignment, so when you increase resistance you are making the most of your workout. You’ll see quicker results and speed up your progress, making your classic Barre classes more effective too.

Recover

In this class you will increase both your mobility and flexibility. This will allow you to make the most of every workout, improve your alignment and posture, assist with recovery and prevention of injury.


It is suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness. As with all our classes, we make sure to tailor to the individual allowing you to get out of the class exactly what you need.
